Department of Natural Resources

The SC Department of Natural Resources (DNR) manages well over 100,000 acres of land, and many of their Wildlife Management Areas have horse trails. No charge to ride except as noted at individual sites.
The properties that allow deer hunting are closed for certain hunts. Check the individual websites for detailed regulations, hours, and directions.
All riders must wear a hat, coat, or vest of solid international orange while on Wildlife Management Area lands during deer hunting season.
